I think hes using the seafood diet I see food and eat it
you can try diet ice creams, idk if its available in your country, but f.ex. makes ice creams that are 280 – 350 kcal for 500 ml box and this ice creams are so tasty, I can eat them everyday <3 and I think halo top have diet ice creams too
idk what happened, but name of ice creams disappeared xD it should be: “f.ex. breyers makes ice creams…”
