I think I’m doing something wrong.

  1. Melatonin. Can get it over the counter and is natural. Started using it this year ~ 30 mins before bed and it puts me right to sleep.

  2. You know what really sucks, when you dream that you are awake but left yourself off the bed and can’t open your eyes. That’s some scary stuff.

  3. That’s almost me to a T. But I manage to get up around 9:30 thanks to an alarm, but fall right back to sleep despite knowing I was awake. I have some wierd dreams because of it.

    Fun, right?

  4. Oh i know this feeling, i work offshore in Norway and everyday i gå to sleep 21:00-22:00 and i end up waking up 23:30, 03:00, 04:00 and 05:00 and i’m not starting my work day before 07:00 😅

  5. What I’ve been doing recently is drinking a lot of water before bed. I drink ~24oz, which is the size of my water bottle, right before I go to bed at 10pm, and I usually wake up around 6-8am needing to pee badly. Though I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night needing to pee, like around 3-5am, but I’m usually able to go back to sleep. I stole this idea from Bart from the Simpsons btw.

  6. It helps to go one night late to bed let’s say 3:00-6:00 (am), then day 2 don’t go sleep at all and on day three and forward go to sleep the desired time 23:00 (11:00 pm). Make sure to have no naps or anything, you will be very tired and onwards be more ready to sleep. Also make sure to not use pc or phone an hour before and have a nice warm shower or bath with. (helps relax body) and to top it off have a eye covering pad.
