Hey a little motivation for you. I gained weight after my national service and kept telling myself i didnt had time.
Now I forced myself to exercise, starting slow though, and it showing some sign of improvement. When down by 1.5kg. YES!!!!
TL:DR DONT GIVE UP OR GIVING EXCUSES, JUST DO IT AND YOU CAN DO IT.
